Court moves Oklahoma same-sex marriage appeal to front of line, agrees to hear case soon
DENVER – The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is going to hear Oklahoma’s same-sex marriage case appeal and they have agreed to move it to the front of the line.
The judges who will hear our state’s appeal will also hear the appeal from Utah.
A federal judge struck down laws banning same-sex marriage in both states.
