Music is something that is supposed to speak to the soul, so what can you really tell about someone based on their music choices?
Well, a popular radio service believes it knows quite a bit about its customers, simply because of the songs they like to hear.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Pandora officials say they believe they can figure out a person’s political affiliation based on a few factors.
The company says it matches election results of a customer’s zip code and then analyzes the music they listen to most often.
Next week, officials say an advertising fan will go into effect that would enable candidates to use that information for ads.
