Reports: Kevin Durant involved in lawsuit with former accountant
OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City Thunder superstar is at the center of a lawsuit involving his former accountant.
According to TMZ Sports, Kevin Durant is suing his accountant, Joel Elliott, after the man allegedly tried to write off several business expenses that were not related to his play on the court.
One such deduction involved Durant’s personal chef.
According to the Tulsa World, Durant was forced to hire another firm to fix all of the mistakes, which cost him $200,000.
