Vulgar fast food receipt makes grandmother cry
RICHMOND, Va. – A Virginia woman said she is never going back to Burger King after getting a receipt carrying a profane message that brought her to tears.
WTVR reported the woman was given a receipt calling her daughter-in-law a “B**** A** H***.”
“This is more than an insult; I mean, calling you names on a piece of a paper, that will hurt somebody,” Miss Lorel told WTVR while fighting back tears. “I liked going there. But after this, they won’t get my business anymore.”
Miss Lorel, who didn’t want her full name published, said she immediately asked for a manager after seeing the profane problem.
“We are obviously upset by the harm this has caused one of our customers,” franchise owner John Naparlo told WTVR.
Naparlo added he hoped video surveillance would help them figure out who was responsible for the profane receipt.
