Oklahoma City’s only outlet mall kicking off $1 million expansion today
OKLAHOMA CITY – The only outlet mall in the state will be getting a face lift soon.
We are talking more than $1 million worth of retail space at the shopping center.
The co-developer is calling it Phase 3, bringing about 31,000 square feet of new property.
This is the third addition since the opening in August 2011.
Officials are kicking off the expansion with a ground breaking ceremony Thursday.
The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust said this mall sells well over $100 million of merchandise per year.
City Bites will provide snacks and refreshments at the kick off starting at 10:30 a.m.
