Streets across the state are still slick and hazardous, especially on neighborhood streets.

The sun was out for much of Monday, which melted some ice and snow in spots.

However, whatever melted will re-freeze overnight.

Temperatures are expected to be above freezing on Tuesday, which will allow the snow and ice to melt.

But winter weather isn’t over yet.

A storm system will bring a few rain showers Wednesday morning and afternoon.

There is a potential for a brief winter mix over northern Oklahoma with this storm.

Temperatures will warm into the mid 40s by Wednesday afternoon in the metro.

We will warm to the 50s and 60s Thursday and Friday before another storm system brings cold temps for Saturday and a chance for rain and some winter precip.

Stay tuned for updates.
