Oklahoma opens spring football practice on Saturday in Norman, and the OU head coach expects his team to build on the momentum of the Sugar Bowl win over Alabama.

Bob Stoops held a pre-practice news conference on Thursday, and was asked about the Sooners trying to avoid being satisfied after the way they ended last season.

Stoops says OU had their best off season conditioning since he's been the head coach, and expects that to carry over into spring practice.

Oklahoma concludes spring practice with the Red-White Game on April 12th at 2:00 pm.
