AAA warning drivers to be on guard after Daylight Saving time change

Clock Daylight Saving Time

AAA is warning everyone to really be on their guard this morning due to the time change.

That’s because the time change can make people feel much more tired during their Monday morning commute than they realize, resulting in a spike in traffic accidents.

The extra daylight means more children, joggers and cyclists tend to be out on the streets later in the day, making the afternoon commute more risky as well.

When you’re changing your clocks, it’s also a good idea to check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
