OKLAHOMA CITY – As the temperatures continue to warm up across the state, teenagers are preparing for prom.

A local organization is helping teens who cannot afford a new prom dress look fabulous for the big day.

Bound 4 Glory & Beyond Inc. is hosting an event at the Boys and Girls Club to provide free prom dresses for students.

Organizers say high school students will be able to pick out prom dresses for free on a first-come, first-served basis.

Students are encouraged to come by the Boys and Girls Club on April 4 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to participate.

The agency will also be giving away makeovers and door prizes.

For more information, call (405) 365-8046.

The Boys and Girls Club is located at 3535 N. Western Ave. in Oklahoma City.
