A store in a Central English Village has been replaced by a giant vending machine.
These villagers now get a hold of everyday essentials like food, shampoo and even pet food, by purchasing them from this machine.
The vending machine was installed here after the last local store closed more than a decade ago.
Residents now stock up on essentials with this machine to tide them over until their next big store is built.
The vending machine sells 80 products, including eggs, milk and bacon, and was designed by a local electrical engineer.
It’s located in the parking lot of a local pub and has been a hit.
According to the Rural stores alliance, about 300 village stores close down in the UK each year.
This forces some rural residents to travel as far as 20 miles to the nearest store.
