3.2 tremor shakes Oklahomans Friday evening

PAYNE COUNTY, Okla. – Payne County residents may have felt a small quake Friday evening.

According to the Oklahoma Geological Survey, a 3.2-magnitude earthquake was recorded just after 6:30 p.m. Friday evening.

The quake was recorded 5.3 miles S.W. of Glencoe, Okla. and just 5.2 miles away from Stillwater.

The quake had a depth of 2 miles.

Oklahoma Geological Survey also recorded several other quakes on Friday.

None of the other quakes were above 3.1.
