Five arrested, charged with kidnap and torture

OKLAHOMA CITY – Five people were arrested after police learned about a case of abuse.

The five suspects have been charged for allegedly raping and torturing one woman.

The alleged victim told police she was at a party with Mathew Urbin, David Hood, Lori Hicks, Michelle Eubank, and Mary Jones when they allegedly kidnapped her and held her against her will.

During that time, the woman claims she was beaten, bound, and sexually assaulted.

Police say after the alleged attack, the suspects dropped the woman off at a relatives house, where she called police.

42-year-old Matthew Gene Urbin is facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of rape by instrumentation, robbery by force and aggravated assault and battery.

He is also facing a county warrant for a seat belt violation and failure to appear for dumping on public property

37-year-old David Newell Hood is facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of rape by instrumentation, robbery by force and aggravated assault and battery.

42-year-old Lori Lynn Hicks is facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of rape by instrumentation, robbery by force and aggravated assault and battery.

24-year-old Michelle Marie Eubank is facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of rape by instrumentation, robbery by force and aggravated assault and battery.

47-year-old Mary Lynn Jones is facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of instrumentation, robbery by force, aggravated assault and battery, possession of methamphetamine, possession of controlled dangerous substances without a prescription and assault with a deadly weapon.

She is also facing a county warrant for failure to appear on a violation of a deferred sentence.
