Governors discuss strategies with teachers and students

OKLAHOMA CITY – Two governors visited a local Oklahoma school to talk with teachers and students.

Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush visited the KIPP Reach College Prep School in Oklahoma City to discuss successful learning and teaching strategies.

The KIPP School is a successful urban school that has overcome high rates of poverty and other challenges.

The school received an “A” on the Oklahoma State Department of Education’s A-F Report Card.

Jeb Bush reportedly championed a number of major education reforms and initiatives while in office.
