San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick is being investigated by Miami police for an "incident" that took place earlier this month in a Dade County hotel.
The website TMZ.com reports that Kaepernick is being investigated for an alleged sexual assault charge, citing law enforcement sources.
The incident report filed to police states that Kaepernick and the alleged victim undressed but didn't have sex.
Two other NFL players are mentioned in the report. 49ers receiver Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks wideout Ricardo Lockette allegedly walked into the room while victim was inside, but left when she told both to.
The report also states the unnamed victim spent time drinking and smoking marijuana with the players.
No arrests have been made in the case nor have any charges been filed.
