Airline apologizes for Tweeting very graphic photo in response to customer complaints
A recent tweet by U.S. Airways has shocked customers who were complaining about flight delays.
When responding to one customer, the airline tweeted, “We welcome your feedback, Elle. If your travel is complete, you can detail it here for review and follow-up.” (See link below to see the graphic image)
However, instead of a link to customer service reviews, it was a link to a picture of a naked woman with a plane between her legs.
About an hour later, the tweet was deleted and replaced with an apology.
