Man arrested after allegedly stabbing man in the face, neck with syringe


TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – A man is arrested after he is accused of going on the attack with a syringe.

Officers booked Jimmy Dale Briggs Jr. on multiple complaints, including assault and battery with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Authorities say he broke into a hotel and stabbed a man repeatedly in the face, neck and back with a syringe.

Briggs is also accused of tying a rope around the man’s neck before stealing cash and the victim’s social security card.
