NORMAN, Okla. – Driving in Norman is soon to become less of a hassle.
For over a year construction crews have been working on Norman’s Main Street bridge over the interstate.
According to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, the I-35/Main Street interchange is expected to fulled open to traffic by midnight tonight.
The ODOT is urging drivers to use caution as everyone gets used to the new traffic movements.
Work began on the $30 million I-35/Main Street project in January 2013 to help cut down on traffic congestion.
