Heading into Thursday’s game Westbrook says he’s ready for the challenge of playing in Memphis and is plenty motivated to bounce back after the Thunder’s game two loss.
The three-time all-star says his competitiveness got him where he is today and doesn’t plan to stop what’s got him to this level.
Westbrook says he’s ready to play in Memphis after playing just two playoff games last year due to knee surgery and missed the entire Grizzlies series.
The former UCLA Bruin averages just over 23 points a game in the playoffs.
