Amber Alert Canceled: Oklahoma girl found in Sapulpa, suspect in custody

UPDATE: 3:18 a.m. – The Amber Alert has been canceled. The Tulsa Police Department has confirmed the missing 8-year-old girl has been found alive in Sapulpa.

The suspect has been taken into custody.

His identity has not been released at this time.

TULSA, Okla. – Officials have issued an Amber Alert for a missing Oklahoma Girl.

Police are looking for an 8-year-old girl who they say was taken from Tulsa around 7:30 p.m.

Officers say Monserrat Aguirre was playing on a swing set outside her apartment on south 101st East Avenue, when a small white car pulled up and a white male got out, grabbed the victim, put her in his car and drove off heading west on east 31st street.

She was wearing a white shirt with ruffles and a pink skirt.

The suspect is described as a white male, possible with a beard, wearing a brown hat and driving a small white vehicle – which may be a Ford Focus.
