Amazing: Elephants team up to rescue calf from rushing river

NANYUKI TOWN, Kenya – This baby elephant is sure to remember this rescue for the rest of their life.

According to Q13FoxNews, the video captures a herd of elephants crossing the rain swollen Ewaso Nyiro River in the Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy.

While crossing the river, a six month old calf is suddenly washed away by the current.

“Thankfully mum and her emergency swat team enacted a remarkable rescue,” reads the post on YouTube where the video was uploaded.  “They say elephants can remember, well this little calf will remember this advanced swimming lesson for the rest of its life.”
