Climber takes epic selfie atop famous statue

A man given permission to climb high atop Brazil’s famous Christ the Redeemer statue took a selfie, that is being talked about across the country.

Climber Lee Thompson climbed up 12 flights of stairs, then pulled himself by a rope the rest of the way up.

He then snapped a few selfies while standing on the 125-foot statue.
