OKLAHOMA CITY - Police say the victim's 8-year-old brother witnessed the alleged molestation and told the victim's mother, who then called police over the weekend.

The victim's mother and the suspect are close friends.

The suspect allegedly betrayed that friendship and forced a 13-year-old boy to have sex.

28-year-old Jamie Etsitty is a mother of two kids, yet she's now accused of the crime.

The alleged crime took place at the Pine Bluff Apartments on south Harvey.

Police say Etsitty went inside her apartment with her friend's 13-year-old son.

When the two were slow to come back outside, the victim's mother sent another son to the apartment to investigate.

"She sent her 8-year-old in to see what was taking so long," said Oklahoma City police MSgt. Gary Knight. "The 8-year-old ran right back outside and reported they were inside engaging in an inappropriate act."

According to the police report, the 8-year-old told his mom he heard his brother and suspect "banging around in the closet... and saw them doing dirty things."

The police report also says that the alleged victim told police the suspect "was drunk and being very pushy with him... rubbing up against him and touching his privates."

Knight said, "Investigators interviewed the 13-year-old who told them what happened inside the house, that there were relations between the 2 while inside the house together."

Faced with that evidence, the suspect allegedly came clean and confessed.

The police report claims the suspect had been highly intoxicated at the time of the incident.

She is being held in jail on a $50,000 bond.

She also had two outstanding warrants in Oklahoma County.

One of those stemming from a separate case that dates back to 2007.
