The Bleacher Report just released its ‘Top 25 College Football Towns for 2014’ list.

Norman came in at number two on the list.

Organizers cited its small-town feel, saying everyone in town gets in on the game day action.

Also, its proximity to Oklahoma City keeps the city from feeling out-of-the-way.

The top five is as follows:

  1. Ann Arbor, Michigan
  2. Norman, Oklahoma
  3. State College, Pennsylvania
  4. Lincoln, Nebraska
  5. Tuscaloosa, Alabama

No other Oklahoma town made the list but a few cities to the south did.
