WILLIAMS BAY, Wis. (WITI) – A comment on an elementary school teacher’s Facebook page may have cost her a job.

Williams Bay Superintendent Wayne Anderson told Fox6 News that an investigation has been opened into a Facebook post made by a fifth-grade teacher.

The post read, “I’d like to go on a short, but effective killing spree. My children* are INSANE.”

At this time, it is unclear whether or not the teacher has resigned.

However, she was sent home for the rest of the week, which is the close of the school year.

WITI says the teacher in question has been with the school for 11 years.
