YUKON, Okla.-  A Purcell physician is facing thousands of dollars in fines and possible jail time for failing to pay taxes.

Authorities say Dwayne Roush pleaded guilty to failing to file a federal tax return for 2011.

As part of his guilty plea, Roush agreed to pay restitution to the IRS for six tax years.

In addition, Rousch agreed at the plea hearing that the total tax loss to the IRS is between $200,000 and $400,000.

At sentencing, he could still face up to one year in prison followed by one year of supervised release.

He could also face a fine of up to $250,000 and an order to pay mandatory restitution.
