SEMINOLE, Okla. – According to officials, deputies arrested 29-year-old Kevin Horne, after he allegedly pursued a meeting with an undercover deputy posing to be a 15-year-old Yukon girl in order to have sex.

According to investigators, Horne contacted an undercover deputy on Facebook early Thursday morning in a private message.

As the day progressed, Horne’s sexual dialogue worsened and continued until 2:30 a.m. Friday morning.

The dialogue then went from Facebook to cell phones, investigators indicated they had a rough time ending the dialogue because of Horne’s relentless pursuit.

After obtaining a search warrant, Horne confessed to investigators.

Horne included that not only did he understand that the girl was supposedly 15-years-old, but that he had told her if she didn’t come to Seminole for sex, he was coming to Yukon to kidnap her.

He also told investigators he had just purchased a brand new queen size mattress for their special weekend get together.

Horne was taken into custody and transported from his residence in Seminole to the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office.

He was booked and charged with three counts of soliciting sexual contact with a minor through the use of technology, and a violation of the Computer Criminal Act.

His bond is set at $155,000.

If convicted, Horne could be facing up to 35 years in prison.
