San Antonio breaks Heat’s hot streak, wins NBA title

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs beat the Miami Heat 104-87 to claim the NBA championship on Sunday night.

The Spurs dominated the series, winning the best-of-seven series in five games.

The team from Texas dominated each victory, winning by at least 15 points.

The victory snaps the Heat’s two-year championship run and hands San Antonio its fifth NBA title.

Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard was named the series MVP.
