ORANGE, N.J. – Education officials in New Jersey say they are trying to figure out who hacked into the records system of a local high school and handed out better grades.

Some Orange High School students, whose grades were improved, say they’ve been punished for the change even though they say they had nothing to do with it.

Attendance records were also changed for the better.

School official and the county prosecutor’s office are looking into the case.
