A truck driver in Illinois says he saw a state trooper speeding along the wet highway, so he decided to show his disapproval.
The driver, Brian Miner, honked his horn at the trooper, who passed him on the highway.
The trooper then pulled the truck over and threatened to give the driver a ticket for unlawful use of a horn.
Miner told the trooper he was honking at him because he was on his cell phone and speeding.
By the end of the exchange, the trooper admits he wasn’t paying attention and knows Miner was just trying to help him drive safely.
He didn’t end up writing the ticket, saying he didn’t want to hurt his record.
