RIFLE, Colo. – One Colorado restaurant does not just welcome customers with guns, the servers at this business also “pack heat” all day long out in the open.

The owner says she first started carrying a gun at the restaurant just to experience her own second amendment rights, but it soon caught on with her employees as well.

According to KKCO, employees are not required to open carry, but they are invited to do so.

Now just about every waiter and waitress carries a gun on their hip.

Owner Lauren Boebert said, “If anything were to happen, I don’t think any of us would need to unholster our firearms. We have so many patrons that conceal or open carry — someone would be on the ground before someone would even get our firearm out of our holster.”

Her restaurant is appropriately named “Shooters Grill.”
