CHEYENNE, Wyo. - A Frontier Airlines pilot went beyond the call of duty for his passengers after their flight was diverted due to bad weather.
The flight was en-route from Washington, D.C. to Denver when severe thunderstorms forced the plane to divert to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Passengers and crew had to wait on the tarmac for several hours while the weather cleared.
While many may have been angered by the delay, that quickly changed when flight attendants began handing out pizza, courtesy of the captain.
The captain purchased about 40 pizzas to help keep his stranded passengers happy while they waited for departure.
