A New York Yankees fan who was caught catching more than a foul ball is suing ESPN.

On April 13, ESPN showed a shot of the crowd as the Boston Red Sox took on the New York Yankees.

Andrew Rector was seen in the shot, sleeping in the middle of the game.

According to the complaint, the commentators made fun of Rector.

Now, Rector is suing ESPN, John Kruk, Dan Shulman and MLB Advanced Media for defamation.

According to the LA Times, he is seeking $10 million in damages.
