HARRAH, Okla. - A couple of earthquakes have been rattling central Oklahoma early Tuesday morning.
The most recent one shook the NewsChannel 4 newsroom.
The first quake shook near Harrah, Okla. around 2:19 a.m. Tuesday.
The U.S.G.S. says it was a magnitude 3.8.
The second quake shook in the same place! It was a 3.9 magnitude and hit at 4:08 a.m. Tuesday.
Reports of damage are coming into NewsChannel 4 from Harrah.
One resident said, "First time this has ever happened. Had a pane of glass bust over here from weedeating last year, but this is a first time an earthquake has ever affected my business. It just seems like it's occurring more and more and now it's affecting my business"
Another victim was the Harrah Police Department. They had quite a bit of damage which included a desk caving in.
A fitness center on Church Street has reported broken windows, and merchandise fell off the shelves at an Ace Hardware store in the area.
No injuries were reported.
