Moore’s Warrant Amnesty Program helping some avoid jail time

MOORE, Okla. – The City of Moore Municipal Court is offering an Amnesty Program for certain outstanding court debts during the month of August 2014.

The Amnesty Program is for any active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear issued during 2012 and prior years.

The Failure to Pay Fines or Costs is excluded.

All fines and fees have to be paid in full.

Once all fines and fees are paid the Court Clerk will dismiss the Failure to Appear and release the warrant of arrest.
