Human remains found in tunnels identified as Oklahoma man
TULSA, Okla. – Human remains that were found near an Oklahoma casino have been identified.
On June 28, authorities say a human skull, foot and other remains were discovered outside the River Spirit Casino.
A week later, investigators searched the 81st St. spillway, between Riverside and Lewis, in search of other remains.
Bones were found scattered through the tunnels, where authorities believed the deceased man was living.
The medical examiner determined the remains belong to 47-year-old Stephen Clark.
Police interviewed Clark in October, near the same tunnels in which his remains were discovered.
Clark’s cause of death has not been determined yet, but police do not believe it was a homicide.
