TULSA, Okla. – A 20-year-old man is wanted for first-degree murder and attempted robbery in Tulsa, Okla.

Police are looking for Travis Lozada.

Investigators say he is the third person to be charged in connection to the death of April Montano.

Montano, 14, was killed in May while her family was traveling on the Gilcrease Expressway.

Police say the shooting happened during an attempted robbery of the ATVs that the Montano’s truck was hauling.

The two other suspects, Demonte Rushing and David Ruble, are in the Tulsa County Jail.

Police are still looking for Lozada, who was originally considered a witness.
