Silver Alert Update: Authorities find missing elderly man’s car

Update: 9/12/2014 – A missing elderly man’s vehicle was found in the metro this week.

According to KTEN, the vehicle owned by 77-year-old Glen Killion was found in Yukon, Oklahoma.

Authorities issued a Silver Alert for Killion in July when he never came home. Killion’s wife says he may suffer from dementia.

His car was found in a ditch 147 miles away from his home. Officials believe the car may have been there for about a month.

Police say Killion was nowhere to be found.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call police immediately.

ATOKA COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 77-year-old man.

Officials say Glen Killion has not been seen since he left his home near Wilson Friday afternoon.

He told his wife he was going to town and has not returned since.

He was driving a 2010, 4-door, silver Hyundai Elantra with Oklahoma tags, 130-JIK.  He has dents in both rear fenders.  Authorities also say he has a Dallas Cowboy tag on front.

Officials have reason to believe he may be driving to California.  He also has family in Texas.

Killion is said to be 5’6″, with gray hair, blue eyes and weighs around 200 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a red jump suit.

Authorities say Killion has dementia.

Anyone with information is asked to call police immediately.
