Update: Emergency crews respond to popular OKC water park Thursday evening

We are getting new information regarding the woman’s condition.

Officials have clarified that the woman suffered from a medical issue, not a traumatic injury.

Crews are transporting the female to a nearby hospital.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Emergency crews are on scene at a popular Oklahoma City water park after reports of a person who is unconscious.

Crews arrived on scene at White Water Bay near Reno Avenue and I-40 just after 5 p.m.

Authorities say a 40-year-old woman may have suffered from a traumatic injury.

Paramedics were seen loading the victim into the ambulance.

Both Oklahoma City Fire Department and EMSA are on scene.
