OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - A nursing home worker is accused of abusing one of her elderly patients.

"When we saw bruising around her mouth and her arms and just the being scared all the time, I felt we had no options," said Christopher Rich, the victim's son.

For two months, the Rich family placed a hidden camera in their mother's room at Grace Living Center.

Video from the hidden camera shows Elizabeth Kibler verbally abusing the woman, placing her hand over the woman's mouth, and even pouring water down her feeding tube.

At Kibler's sentencing, her attorney argued what is seen in the video was a mistake and she has since taken anger management classes.

Kibler was given a 10 year suspended sentence. She will have to serve at least four years in custody.
