SALT LAKE CITY (KSTU) – Officers in Utah had their hands full when they received a report of an assault.

Authorities say Steven Carsello allegedly removed an antenna from a parked car and started chasing a man around a parking lot.

According to officers, several witnesses tried to intervene but were also threatened.

When police arrived, they attempt to tase Carsello, who was still able to run to a nearby truck.

He climbed in the back and then attempted to negotiate with officers.

When backup arrived, Carsello hopped down only to slide under the truck in one last attempt at escape.

According to KSTU, Carsello could face charges for aggravated assault/criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
