Girl leads team of boys to Little League World Series

A 13-year-old girl from Philadelphia is making history!

WSBTV reports Monet Davis is now the 17th girl to make it to the Little League World Series in its 68-year-history.

There are other co-ed Little League teams, but Monet is the only girl on her team.

She has a 70 mph fastball and struck out 6 players in Sunday’s game.
