GUANGZHOU, China – A Chinese zoo is presenting newborn panda triplets!
They are the world’s first known surviving trio.
The rare bundles of joy were born too weeks ago.
The zoo calls it a ‘miracle’ because pandas have a low reproductive rate.
The mother, Ju Xiao, was too tired to take care of the babies after their birth.
The newborns are on round on the clock feeders and are in incubators.
The baby pandas don’t have names just yet.
Around 1,600 giant pandas live in central China’s forests, and roughly 375 pandas live in zoos and breeding centers around the world.
