USGS: Early morning earthquake rattles sleeping residents

GRANT COUNTY – For the second night in a row, an earthquake rattled residents who were trying to sleep.

The U.S. Geological Survey reports a 3.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded approximately 6.2 miles NW of Medford, Okla.

Officials say the quake rattled the area around 5:54 a.m.

So far, there have been no reports of damage.
