OU Ranked Fourth In Preseason AP Poll, FSU At Top

The Oklahoma Sooners were voted fourth in the preseason Associated Press college football top 25 poll.

OU has been ranked in the top five of the poll 33 times, which is more than any other team.

Oklahoma State was in the receiving votes section of the poll and were the equivalent of being ranked 33rd.

The Cowboys season opening opponent, Florida State, is the top ranked team in the country after winning the national championship in 2013.

The Seminoles received all but three of the first place votes.

Baylor was ranked 10th, while Kansas State was voted 20th, giving the Big 12 conference three teams in the top 25.
