Hennessey man arrested on child molestation complaint


HENNESSEY, Okla. – A Hennessey man was arrested Friday on a complaint of lewd acts with a child, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Agents were told early last week that Jay Chestnut molested a girl at his home.

Chestnut was arrested by the Hennessey Police Department and questioned by OSBI.

He has been booked in Kingfisher County jail while the investigation continues, according to OSBI’s release.
