OKLAHOMA – The hot temperatures will continue through Tuesday with highs in the upper 90s and lower triple digits.
A breezy south wind will gradually increase moisture in our state.
This will result in a slight drop in temps but result in a heat index over 100 degrees Tuesday and possibly Wednesday around 4-5pm.
An upper level storm system will pass to our north sparking showers and thunderstorms for the end of the week.
Right now it looks like the best chance for rain will be on Saturday.
The storm system will also drag in cooler temperatures in the 80s…woo hoo!
Stay tuned for the latest on our rain chances and cool-down.
