OKLAHOMA – Scattered to numerous storms continue affecting most of Oklahoma.
Some of the storms will be strong with hail to the size of quarters and gusty winds that could approach 60 mph.
The best chance for activity in the OKC metro will be until midnight.
A few lingering showers will begin the day Friday with more strong storms forming over the central and eastern 2/3 of the state.
Temperatures Friday will be cooler in the mid to upper 80s.
The weekend looks mostly dry and hot with highs Saturday through Labor Day Monday in the mid to upper 90s.
