Get ‘Frightfully Fit’ and help the Oklahoma Strong Monument Project

Come join the fun in a Spooks on the Loose Frightfully Fit run/walk.

This will be a fun time. You can participate in a number of ways. There is a timed one mile run. But, if that isn’t for you, there is also an untimed run and/or walk.

This will benefit the Oklahoma Strong Monument Project in Moore.

All fitness and experience levels are welcome!

Where?

South Lakes Park, 4210 SW 119th (West of I-44 on SW 119) Limited parking. Overflow parking will be available on the east side of Eagle Heights Church on the southease side of I-44 and SW 119. There will be a shuttle.

When?

Sunday, October 5 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

How much?

Untimed run/walk for all ages: $15 (children in strollers free)

Timed run for all ages: $20 (individuals may pay an additional $5 on the day of the run if they choose to run again to improve their run time record)

Families of four (4) or more can can get a 20% discount at registration. Use the code OKSTRONG at checkout for the discount.

Service fees may apply at registration.
