OKC Thanksgiving holiday schedule for trash, bus services

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Thanksgiving holiday week is here, and that means changes to schedules for services in Oklahoma City.

Here are the schedules for Oklahoma City trash and bus services.

Thanksgiving Day (Thurs., Nov. 27)

  • There will be no trash service; the makeup date is Saturday, November 29.
  • There will be no EMBARK bus service.
  • City offices will be closed, including Martin Park, the Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, recreation and senior centers and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.

Day after Thanksgiving (Fri., Nov. 28)

  • Trash will be collected as usual.
  • EMBARK buses will run as scheduled.
  • Martin Park will be open.
  • City offices will be closed, including the Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center, recreation and senior centers and the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.

Saturday, November 29

  • The Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be closed.
