18-year-old Tristen Kole Killman-Hardin is is facing two felony charges for first degree rape.

"Norman Police investigated. We filed charges and will be prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law," District Attorney Greg Mashburn said.

Court records show Tristen is accused of raping a girl who was intoxicated after she accepted a ride home from him.

She told authorities she remembered little about the remainder of the evening, but awoke the next day with vaginal and anal discomfort.

Later that day, someone sent her a video that showed her being sexually assaulted in Killman's vehicle.

Killman allegedly told authorities he knew that the victim was intoxicated and that he had sex with her vaginally and anally.

Some protesters believed Killman should also face a child pornography charge because of the video of the rape.

However, Mashburn says there will not be a child pornography charge at this time.

He says the video does not meet the necessary qualifiers.

Students at Norman High School were relieved to hear the news of an arrest in the case.

Yes All Daughters released the following statement after hearing of Killman's arrest:

Yes All Daughters has received word that Tristen Kole Killman has been arrested today. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Norman Police Department and the District Attorney's office. The arrest has lifted a weight off of our community and especially off the victims and their families. We have faith that our courts will provide justice for the survivors and that this step will aid in their healing process. We will continue to stand by their side throughout the criminal proceedings. Thank you for your continued support of our movement.

Tristen was booked into the Cleveland County Jail. His bond was set at $150,000.

The district attorney says there are other investigations pending.
